Italian Chicken fajitas is my go to meal whenever I am in a hurry and want something quick and easy to make that is also healthy and delicious.
This recipes takes less than 5 minutes to prep and only 10 minutes to cook. Serves 3-5 (depending on the size of serving.)
3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
1/4 Cup Italian Dressing
- If using frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts, then thaw in the microwave for a few minutes (to make it easier to cut) before cutting into strips.
- Place in frying pan. Pour your favorite ** Italian dressing over the chicken and cook on medium high until done.
- Near the end the dressing tends to splatter so you will want to have either a lid or splatter screen nearby.
- Serve on Tortilla with fresh lettuce and cheese.
**Optional: Sautee slices of Bell Peppers and Onion with the chicken and dressing.
**My Favorite Dressing to use is Kraft’s Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette, my sister likes to use regular Italian, and my brother prefers Zesty Italian. All work great!
