Mall of America: It’s not just a really big mall
When thinking of places to go on a family vacation, you would probably never think of a Mall. Unless that mall happens to be the Mall of America.
Why? Because Mall of America is soo much more than just a really big Mall. What makes Mall of America so special you ask?

Well, First of all, it is a really big mall with 3 stories of amazing stores to buy from (**FYI did you know that Minnesota doesn’t change tax on necessities of life another words Food, Clothing, or Gas?? That’s right, you will want to go on a shopping spree when you visit (so make sure you set aside the money to do so.)
In addition to all the great stores (which include American Girl Store and the Lego Store which were two of our family’s favorites,) they also have amazing family attractions.
Some of my family’s Favorites Include:
Our family loved the Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park. That’s right there is a THEME PARK in the middle of the Mall with rides for the whole family. I loved that our friends who had older kids had plenty of rides to enjoy while my kids who are really young also had plenty of rides to enjoy.
My favorite attraction of Mall of America would have to be The Minnesota Aquarium. Walking through the underwater tunnel with sharks (as well as other assorted sea life) was magical. My son looked like a ping pong ball as he ran every which way pointing out all he was seeing.
My husband enjoyed watching a movie with his friend in the D-Box motion seats. Action movies are taken to the next level in that theater.
In addition to all these great attractions they also have the Minnesota Children’s Museum, a House of comedy, great restaurants, and other fun attractions that your family will love.
As you can see The Mall of America is a great vacation spot for the whole family and there is soo much to see and do, make sure you schedule a few days to be able to enjoy your experience to the fullest!
