Sinfully Delicious Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Sharing is caring!

These Chocolate Cheesecake bars are easy to make and sooooo good.

One of my favorite recipes is these Lemon Cheesecake Bars. They are so good they are practically addicting. However, while I love their zippy lemon flavor I was asked if I could modify the recipe for chocolate. And so I got to work experimenting in my kitchen and the end result of my Chocolate Cheesecake Bars was better than I could have imagined.

Of course, I had to make the recipe a couple of times again to make sure that the recipe was sound and turned out every time. Now that I have double and triple-checked, it's time to share it with all of you. If you love Chocolate and Cheesecake you will absolutely adore these bars.

Notes

To double the recipe, use a large sheet pan.

These bars are sooo good I always make a double batch. Any that aren't eaten right away I put in a container and freeze (Yes they free amazing and personally I love them even better frozen!) to enjoy later on. They are the perfect dessert to make for special occasions and parties. I even had the lemon version of this dessert made for my wedding reception.

I am thinking of experimenting with some other flavor options. What do you think? Should I next try to make a Raspberry/Vanilla Cheesecake Bar version or a Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake bar version? They both are sounding super delicious to me.
