Ingredients

  • 1 Box Fudge brownie Mix (& Ingreditents required for mix. Mine calls for water eggs and oil)
  • 1 Container of Philidelphia No-Bake Ready to Eat Cheesecake Filling
  • Van Leers tempered chocolate snaps
  • Hersheys chocolate eggs
  • green food coloring

Instructions

Prepare Chocolate Nests:

  • Flip over your muffin pan and place cling wrap around each muffin base to create a mold.
  • Melt chocolate chips and transfer them into an icing bag or a Ziploc bag with one corner cut off.

  • Squeeze the melted chocolate in a squiggling motion around each muffin base, forming a nest-like design.
  • Place the muffin pan in the freezer for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

  • Carefully remove the chocolate cups from the muffin pan and set them aside.

Bake Brownies:

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix box.

  • Grease muffin tins and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.

  • Pour the brownie batter into each greased cup and bake according to the box instructions.

  • Once baked, use a small cup to press down the centers of the brownies immediately after removing them from the oven.
  • Allow the brownies to cool before removing them from the muffin tins.

Assemble the Nests:

  • Once the brownies are fully cooled, carefully place each brownie in a chocolate nest.

  • Add green food coloring to the cheesecake filling in a bowl and mix well.

  • Spoon the green-tinted cheesecake filling on top of each brownie nest, filling them up generously.

  • Finally, place three candy Easter eggs on top of each nest to complete the festive look.

Notes

** These Desserts are best served right away. You can prepare the brownies and the chocolate nest in advance but wait to add the cheesecake and chocolate eggs until right before you are ready to serve.

**If the premade no-bake cheesecake isn't sweet enough for you, you can always mix in a bit of powdered sugar.

** If you use regular baking chocolate chips instead of tempered melting chocolate then you will need to add a teaspoon of coconut oil when melting.

These Brownie Cheesecake Easter Nests are not only a treat for the taste buds but also a delightful addition to your Easter table. Enjoy the joyous occasion with this fun and delicious dessert that's bound to put smiles on everyone's faces! Happy Easter!
