Instructions
Step 1:
Select cardstock papers for the dress, head, and hair and craft papers for the rest of the patterns.
Step 2:
Download the Paper Doll Template (Here)
Step 3:
Trace the template patterns on the selected papers and cut them out nicely. The template includes a head, arms, dress, stockings, shoes, hair, hat, hat-belt, broomstick patterns, a cat, and a cauldron. Cut slits along the yellow lines of the 3 patterns from the template.
Step 4:
Insert the hat belt through the slits of the small square cutout and then attach the belt to the hat pattern. Attach the shoe cutouts on the narrow ends of the stocking cutouts. Use a sharpie to draw stripes on the stockings.
Step 5:
Insert the top side of the head cutout through the slit of the hair from below the slit.
Step 6:
Apply glue to attach the head and hair together, keeping the top side of the slit to the front side of the head.
Step 7:
Take the dress pattern and attach the arm cutouts on both sides of the dress cutouts, on the open ends of the sleeves.
Step 8:
Attach the stocking cutouts on the bottom side of the dress pattern.
Step 9:
Attach the head on the top side of the dress pattern, keeping the dress between the head and the hair patterns. Attach the hat on the top of the hair, by overlapping it slightly.
Step 10:
Use a sharpie to draw the face of the papercraft witch.
Step 11:
Similarly, trace, cut out, and craft the cat and the cauldron patterns.
I love how adorable this paper witch turned out. You can switch up the colors if you want to make more than one and give each one some character. Have a wonderful Halloween everyone!
