The Moorgate: Holiday Apartment in London

2 years ago we discovered SACO Apartments when we visited Bath, England with our kids. (check my post on our stay there here.) We loved our experience that when we were looking at where to stay during our Anniversary Getaway in London we knew we wanted to stay at a SACO Apartment.
SACO has a lot of different Apartment Properties in London to choose from for a holiday stay. In the end, we chose one of their newest properties The Moorgate found in the heart of London's Business district. When we arrived we almost missed the entrance because there was no sign. Rather a decent place for The Moorgate next to a beautiful Wood doorway.
Our apartment was their Superior Suite Apartment. It had everything a normal apartment would have (bed, living room, Table, Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Hair Blow dryer, Coffee maker and Bathroom outfitted with a bathtub/shower.) all in a compact open layout.
The first thing we noticed when we walked in the apartment door was the chic elegance of the design and decor. The soft neutral colors contrasted perfectly with the dark wood cabinets.
I was excited for the washer/dryer which I totally was in need of since we packed light for our anniversary trip.
I was also in love with the kitchen. After we dropped off our luggage inside we made a quick trip to the store for some groceries then came back and enjoyed a delicious homecooked meal. Don't get me wrong I love to eat out, but I also love to cook so being able to cook our own dinner at night and breakfast in the morning before heading out for a day of sightseeing was really nice.
At the end of our busy day, My feet and legs were sore and I was totally ready to take a nice hot bath followed by a cool shower.
**p.s. I loved the soaps they had available for use. the smell was divine and my hair loved the shampoo & conditioner.
One of the things I love about Saco Apartments is that they are safe and secure with a manned front desk and a front door that you either had to be buzzed into or use your apartment key to open. When we were looking for the best store to go to the lady manning the front desk was quick to offer suggestions.
So if you are looking for a discreet yet luxurious holiday apartment for your next visit to London I highly recommend checking out The Moorgate.
