It is mid Fall and I am craving Pumpkin desserts.
Pumpkin desserts are a Fall must! As soon as the weather turned cool I whipped up a batch of my dad's pumpkin bread. Pretty soon the whole home was filled with the inviting smell of Pumpkin and spices. The two large loaves of bread didn't even last 2 full days and then my kids were begging for me to bake some more Pumpkin goodies. So, of course, I made with them some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies which disappeared even faster than the bread did.
