Find the right book and the world of Reading will forever be opened to your children. That's why I love Usborne Books & More.

I love books. I have for as long as I can remember. Don't get me wrong I struggled early on with reading. It wasn't until the summer between my 3rd and 4th-grade year that I overcame all my reading issues and turned into a book worm devouring every book I could get my hands on. Yet, long before that momentous summer, I still loved books. Some of my fondest childhood memories are centered around my mother reading to me and my older brothers.

My love of reading has been a huge blessing of comfort, education, and enjoyment over my life. I want for my children to have that same blessing in theirs. This is why I am so diligent about looking for great books to introduce to my children.  In the tradition of my home growing up we live in a mini library. (In other words, we have hundreds of books in our home) in addition to the family books on the main bookshelves in our living room, each child has their own mini bookshelf with their own special books. We give books at birthday's, at Christmas, and still go to the library often.

Recently was recently contacted by Holly Mayer an Independent sales representative of Usborne Books & More (Check out her FB Page Here for some awesome books and Deals). She asked if I would be interested in having her send me a few Usborne books for my kids in order to do an honest review. Of course, I said yes. I gave her my kids ages and she picked some books that she thought they would especially enjoy. I am sure she had a hard time choosing just which books to send because Usborne has soooo many good ones to choose from.

When the books arrived my kids felt that it was Christmas! I recorded this fun simple Box opening video about it.

We were sent 5 books and all of them were a hit. My oldest immediately snatched up and claimed the Wipe and clean Beginning Pen Control book and started the tracing exercizes right away. She was soo excited about it she had to take it across the street to show her best friend. She has spent hours doing the tracings on each page only to wipe them off and do them again.

My middle son claimed the Muddle and Match (Mix and Match adventure) book which he has carried with him everywhere (he even slept with it) for the lasr few days since he got it. He claims it's his most "favorite book ever". He loves mixing the pages to create funny stories (especially ones involving the Super Hero and Wizard characters).

My youngest claimed the Baby's very first Slide and See Farm book. The interactive book was perfect for his naturally curious mind. That and he loves animals. The last two book which we agreed would go in the family collection were a book on Panda's which my daughter exclaimed was cool and a book called the secrets of the Vegetable Garden which I was especially excited about since we love to involve our children in gardening.

We have a few other Usborne books in our family and personal collections and I can honestly say we love every one of them. I especially love them for homeschooling. Usborne has soo many educational books that are broken down easy for children to teach a ton of topics in ways easy to understand for kids and books that generally inspire kids to want to read more.
