My family is currently in love with these Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies. They are easy to make and oh so yummy. That is why I thought I would share the easy recipe with you.

I was introduced originally introduced to these cookies by my unofficially adopted younger sister Paige. She loves bringing them to every family get together and boy do they go fast. My family loved them soo much I had to get the recipe to make my own.

These Chocolate Peanut Butter No-bake cookies are easy to make and are oh soo yummy!

Prep Time  10 minutes
Cool  1 hour 15 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 ½ Cups Sugar
  • ½ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • Dash of Almond Extract (Option)
  • 6 Cups Original Rolled Oats

Instructions

Make No-Bake Cookies

  1. Melt Butter Sugar and Milk in a saucepan on Med-Low heat until combined
  2. Wisk in Cocoa and bring to boil
  3. Boil on med-high heat for 1-1 ½ minutes stirring every 15-20 seconds
  4. Take off heat and add Peanut Butter, Vanilla & Almond Extract
  5. Add Oats 1 cup at a time until fully combined
  6. Spoon onto Wax or Parchment paper on Cookie Sheet
  7. Let cool & set up. (varies depending on if Chocolate is cooked thoroughly)

These cookies were soo much fun to make with my kids. I swear they enjoyed making them as much as I liked eating them. My favorite way to eat them is with a tall glass of cold milk.
