Are you looking into buying a Cricut Joy but first want to know what sort of projects you can make with it?

The Cricut Joy is Cricut's newest and smallest Crafting Machine. It is known for its adorable sleek design and portability. With how small the joy is, you can easily craft anywhere. Even on your nightstand while binge-watching your favorite show.
Due to the small compact body of the Cricut Joy, you can only cut materials that you use the Fine point blade for. The joy doesn't have the pressure or power to cut through materials needing the deep cut blade. *Additionally the Cricut joy's blade, pens, and markers are specialty sized to fit this machine (so you can't use ones you have from other Cricut machines for they won't fit).

The cutting width for the Cricut Joy is 4.5in. However, when using their smart materials (which don't require a cutting mat) you can cut a single design up to 4 feet long or a repetitive design up to 20 feet! This ability makes a variety of projects possible to do with the Cricut Joy (some you wouldn't even think.
If you are using a Cricut Joy mat you can cut down paper materials (like paper, vellum, and cardstock) to cut on your Joy as well joy sized Infusible Ink sheets. Use the mats for You can also use the mat to cut smart material (Smart Vinyl, Smart Iron-on, Smart Labels, and Smart Paper) scraps.

In addition to standard Joy mats, you can also purchase a special Cricut Card Mat which when teamed with the Cricut Insert Card Kits allows you to make custom cards in minutes.
With this nice range of materials to choose from you can actually do many fun projects with your little Cricut Joy! Here are some great projects you can do with your Cricut Joy:
