Easy DIY Halloween Jack-o-lantern Jello Cups
These Jack-o-lantern jello cups are easy to make and always a hit!
Are you looking for some fun and creative Halloween treats to make for your kid's upcoming Halloween party or to put in their lunches this spooky season? A few days ago I posted a tutorial for making Vampire Jello Cups using Vinyl and a Cricut cutting machine. (Get the tutorial here). Today I am showing how to make these fun Jack-o-lantern Jello Cups.
Many schools if they allow Halloween treats require them to be sealed. Which is why many parent's defaults to just sending their kids with a bag of pre-packaged Halloween candy. For those who want to set up their game a bit, I thought it would be fun to show how with a bit of vinyl and a Cricut (and just a few minutes time) you can make some spooky fun treats from everyday snacks that your kids already love!

Easy DIY jack-o-lantern Jello Cups
These DIY Jack-O-Lantern Jello Cups are a quick and easy Halloween project to make using vinyl and your Cricut Crafting machine. They are great as treats for your kids upcoming Halloween party or to put in your kid's Lunches as a special snack!

Open Cricut Design Space Canvas for Jello Cup Jack-o-lantern Faces -->HERE<--
Click to make, select Vinyl as your material.
Place vinyl on standard grip mat to cut.
After cutting use weeding tool from the essential tool kit to weed design.
Cut a square of transfer tape to the size of the face, peel off backing and place on the black vinyl face. **Use the scraping tool from the essential tool kit to firmly secure the transfer tape.
Peel the vinyl backing off the vinyl design.
Place on Jellow cup and smooth design with the scraping tool.
Peel off transfer tape!
-->Repeate for all Jello Cups<--
Notes
*Since this DIY involves cutting basic vinyl you can use either your Maker or Explore Units!
*Because the design is so simple I was able to use the same square of transfer tape for all my Jello cups with no problem!

Though you can order online Snack Pack Jello cups that are all strawberry or orange my store only carry the 4 packs that are half each. So I just bought a couple packages (since they are soo cheap) and I make the red ones into the vampires and the orange ones into jack-o-lanterns. I just love how they all turned out. So did my kids. They couldn't wait to share them with their cousins at a recent family party and then asked for me to make more for their lunches and Halloween party. With how cheap, quick and easy they are to make I probably will do just that.
