Fancy Panz: Taking The Stress Out of Entertaining On The Go

Between church, friends and family it seems that I am often making food to take to one thing or another. Each time I would get ready to take a dish to another event I would often find myself facing the challenge of figuring out how to transport my dish without spilling (especially if I was driving and couldn't hold the dish in my lap.
I would also find myself going back and forth between deciding on whether to label one of my nice serving dishes or if I should just use a disposable one. Then recently I learned about Fancy Panz and my life got so much easier.
The idea behind Fancy Panz is that you prepare your hot or cold dish in a standard half sheet foil pan and then place it inside your Fancy Panz to transport and serve in at your gathering. Then afterwards when you are ready to leave you can either leave the foil pan behind (if others are still eating) or thow it away (if everyone is done.)
The clear plastic lid top of the Fancy Panz make transporting your food (without worrying about spilling) easy. I love how easy the cover was to open and yet how securly it closed. The lid is also easy to remove for easy serving while still in the sleek cover.
Fancy Panz can be used with shallow foil pan (approx 11 ¾ x 9 ⅜ x 1 ½ inches) using the included riser or a standard sized foil pan (approx 11 ¾ x 9 ⅜ x 2 ½ inches) without the riser. When my father in law saw my Fancy Panz he pointed out that if you used the shallow foil pan for cold dishes you could put ice underneath to keep your food cool. (how ingenious is that?)
Of course when I heard about these cool 2 in 1 pans I had to get one. The day after mine arrived I even had the opportunity to use mine for I was asked to bring a fruit salad to our church BBQ. After having used my Fancy Panz I totally want to go get more for next Summer when I host my own BBQ's...
