Both of these printable files are formatted for the standard 8.5x11  pages and come in the PDF format ready to print at home or at a local copy center.  Then all you have to do it cut them out and use! Will most of the party printable I recommend printing on white cardstock, I recommend printing the candy bar wrappers on white paper to make it easier to wrap around the candybars. Then either glue the wrappers closed or use double sided tape.
