Have you tried any Gatsby Chocolate bars or Peanut Butter Cups yet?

Gatsby Chocolate bars and Peanut Butter cups are low in sugar, low in calories, and still absolutely delicious with bold melt-in-your-mouth flavors! Because of this, they are my new favorite treats.

I am not going to lie, one of the biggest roadblocks to my healthier life is my sweet tooth. I love sweets, but most are soo packed with sugar and calories that they are not the greatest for your health. Since let's be honest here, there is no way I am going to give up sweets just to be healthy I needed to find a healthier treat option to indulge in.

I have tried soo many low-sugar and low-calorie treats and most were disgusting. However, I refused to give up. Thankfully, over the last year, I have found a few healthier treats I liked. For instance, one of my new favorite Ice Cream brands is Halo Top. Their Ice Cream is low calorie, low sugar, and still delicious! When I recently discovered that one of the co-founders of Halo Top also created Gatsby Chocolate. Of course, I had to try them. After all, Gatsby Chocolate bars have 2-3x fewer calories than Lindt or Ghirardelli Chocolate Bars.

What did I think of Gatsby Chocolate Bars and Peanut Butter Cups?

The first Gatsby Chocolate Bar I tried was their Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bar (Only 60 Calories a serving & 2g of sugar). It was sinfully delicious and just melted in my mouth with a dark indulgent taste. I loved the contrast with that touch of sea salt that just cleansed your pallet. Just a few bites were enough to meet my craving and that wasn't even a full serving size.

Next, I tried their Dark Chocolate Almond Bar (Only 70 Calories a Serving & 2g of sugar) This bar was silkier in taste with small pieces of delicious almonds interspersed with the dark chocolate taste. I have to say both Chocolate bars reminded me more of the chocolates I enjoyed in Europe (when I first fell in love with Dark chocolate) They have bold flavors but not a bitter aftertaste that often accompanies most American Dark chocolate.

My husband beat me to trying out the Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter cups (Only 50 Calories a serving & 2g of sugar). My husband is a peanut butter cup snob. He is very particular but he was intrigued and tried one of my Gatsby ones. Y'all my husband LOVED the Peanut Butter Cups and promptly commandeered the rest of my stash. They were soft, not hard like many peanut butter cups. As for the texture, they were light and creaming and a perfect balance between the chocolate and peanut butter.

I love that with Gatsby Chocolate I can enjoy myself and indulge my sweet tooth without any guilt.

Now I need to try incorporating these delicious Chocolate Bars into my baking... I have soo many ideas of how to do so. Only, I'll need to buy more since my initial stash is disappearing fast (especially since my husband is as obsessed with them as I am.
