Discover the Ultimate Portable Cooking Solution with the AMZCHEF Double Induction Cooktop

Are you in search of a versatile countertop induction stove that meets all your cooking needs, whether at home or on the go? I recently had the opportunity to test the AMZCHEF Double Induction Cooktop with Removable Iron Cast Griddle Pan, and I must say, it has truly impressed me.

One of the standout features of this cooktop is its lightweight and portable design, making it perfect for both home use and travel. It’s incredibly versatile, too. You can use the nonstick griddle for a variety of dishes or remove it to utilize the two separate cooking zones.

This double induction stove boasts two cooking zones powered by a 120V/1100W (left plate) and 1100W (right plate) supply. Each zone has individual controls with a “Knob + Touch” design, allowing for easy cooking and precise heat adjustments. The cooktop offers 9 heating levels, so you can find the perfect temperature for whatever you’re preparing. When both burners are operating simultaneously, the maximum power draw is capped at 1800W, ensuring energy efficiency.

The included Cast Iron Griddle is a fantastic addition, featuring deep sides that are perfect for cooking eggs, stir-frying, or grilling. It even comes with a lid to help cook and keep your food warm before serving. The two silicone handles are a thoughtful touch, providing a safe grip without the risk of burns.

Cleaning the AMZCHEF cooktop is a breeze. The induction burner surface is made of black polished crystal glass, which is not only shiny but also resistant to wear. A simple wipe with a damp towel is all it takes to keep it looking pristine. The cast iron grill pan has a non-toxic, non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking, and it’s dishwasher safe for added convenience.

One important note: This induction cooktop requires magnetic cookware. It works with pots and pans made of cast iron, iron, steel, and enameled iron, with a diameter ranging from 4.72 inches to 9.44 inches. If you use non-magnetic cookware, such as aluminum, the cooktop will display an error message and automatically shut off the heat.

In summary, the AMZCHEF Double Induction Cooktop with Removable Iron Cast Griddle Pan is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. It heats up quickly and provides even heat distribution, ensuring great results every time. If you’re in the market for a reliable and versatile induction stove, I highly recommend giving this one a try. You can find it here on Amazon as well as on the Amazchef website.
