Did you know you can actually rent the original Tool Keepers House when visiting Bath, England?
Built into the Bridge crossing the river Avon in Bath, England resides the Tool Keepers House. This beautiful 3 story home had been gorgeously renovated and turned into a charming rental by Panda Sanctuaries for people to enjoy while holidaying in Bath.
We recently stayed in this cute rental during our recent visit to Bath (for our 10th Anniversary.)
There are enough beds to have easily held our whole family (they have 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch bed in the upstairs living room.) However, for this trip, it was just my husband and me. which turned our stay into quite the romantic getaway. Especially when it started to snow on the second day of our stay.
Due to the limited space (having been built into the side of an actual stone bridge the house is narrow and split into 3 stories. The top floor (where the street entrance is on.) you have a guest bath, and a comfy living room with a pull out bed, couch & coffee table as well as a TV which you can watch Netflix on.
The middle floor is where you find the Master Bedroom (and Bathroom) as well as a second Bedroom. I have to say the Beds were soo comfy at this home and the nice little soaps left for us were really nice.
The bottom floor is where you will find the Kitchen and Dining room. The Kitchen is outfitted with everything you could want. There is a Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Stove, coffee maker, Dishwasher, and even a Washer/Dryer machine. You will find plenty of tableware, utensils, pots, and pans to cook and eat with.
It is through the dining room that you exit through double doors onto a beautiful patio that overlooks the river. **Please note that all that keeps you from the fast flowing river is a simple gate so if you stay here with your kids, keep an eye on them if you go outside.
If you are looking for a great place to stay for a romantic getaway, friends holiday or Family vacation in Bath, England I highly recommend renting the Toll Keepers House. You will LOVE it!
