With Summer just around the corner, it is time to start thinking of Summer Fun ideas to keep your kids happy and engaged through the long Summer months (when you are not traveling). Yes, there are usually a lot of local day activities you can do with your kids like going to the zoo or aquarium, a Summer movie, a museum, going to the library or the park, a splash pad or pool. But really being on the go constantly is exhausting and just not practical.
Which is why it is a good idea to have plans for your downtime at home during the Summer months. Especially outside activities (you don’t want the kids spending their Summer in front of electronics after all.)
