My Store Policies

Payment:

My preferred method of payment is through PayPal. Due to the electronic nature of the items, I do not accept cash or checks sent by mail.

Please note that e-checks through Pay Pay take 3-5 business days to process Proofs will not be sent until payment has cleared.

 

Shipping:

NO PAPER GOODS OR PHYSICAL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED

*All orders are sent via email. For predesigned products you will receive the encrypted link to use for an instant download (each link is valid for 72 hours/ 3 downloads)

If your order is for a custom printable the process is as follows:

  • When ordering the customer needs to enter necessary info detailed in the product description into the text box next to the add to cart button. The customer can also email me (either via the contact me form or via my email TheQuietGrove[!at] gmail.com) the information.
  • I will then send you a proof of your order for you to go over within 2-3 Business Days.
  • After the proof is OKed I will email you your final file. If you would like your proofs sent to a different email, please specify in your email communications.

If for some reason you do not see your order, please check your SPAM, TRASH and ALL MAIL folders.

Kindly note that production time is co-dependent upon client responding to emails in a timely manner. Any delay in communication with customer will result in delay of proof(s) being sent. Proofs are sent in 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after payment AND information is received.

If you have a rush order that needs to be done on a Saturday please  email me first to make sure I can accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of digital files and the design hours involved, all purchases are final after you receive the design. Once design has been emailed to you there are no refunds.

**Please make sure you look over the design well. It is the customers responsibility to make sure all information is correct. If changes need to be made after approval of the design, there will be additional charges.

 

Additional Policies and FAQs

FAQ’s:

1.- Why do the colors look different on my computer screen then when printed?

A- Please note that colors vary on different computer screens and different printers and that I have no control over color variations. If you are going to print at home make sure you set your printer to print at the highest quality for the best results. Paper type and printer settings can affect color output and may need to be adjusted.

2- What are your Business Hours?

A- My SHOP HOURS: UTAH Time (MST)
10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Monday – Friday
Saturday – Rush Orders ONLY
Sunday – Closed
However I am a WAHM (Work at Home Mom) with 3 children. This means that I have to work around my children and their schedules. I do my best to respond to emails throughout each day. .

3- How many invitations are included in the price?

A- Each listing is for a DIGITAL FILE only. The price includes the design, my time to input your information and pictures as well as time to make any desired changes, and hi res files in JPEG and PDF for you to print wherever you wish. I do not offer printing services and there are no physical items shipped.

4- How long does it take to receive my file?

A- A proof will be emailed within 1-3 business days from the time that payment and information is received. Once the proof has been approved, the finals in both jpeg and pdf will be emailed to you. You are then free to print at the location of your choosing.

5- Where can I print my purchases?

A- You can have your files printed either at a print shop like Kinkos, Office Max, Staples, etc. You can also have them printed at your favorite photo center like Costco, Walmart, Target, etc. And if you feel you have a good printer, you may also choose to print from home.

6- What type of pictures do you need for my invitation?

A- Please not the orientation of pictures and send pictures in accordance with the template. Vertical pictures sent for a horizontal template or vice versa will have to be cropped in order to fit the template. Please also make sure to send hi resolution photos. I am not responsible for pictures with low quality.

7- HELP! I’ve already received my finals but a change is needed, is this possible?

A- Once the proof is approved and the final is sent, if a change is needed, I will try my best to accommodate your need. However, depending on the situation/change, a small fee may apply. You are responsible for proof reading the invitations. Please make sure to proof read the invitation prior to approving.

8- Are the Instant Downloads able to be customized?

A- Because instant downloads are already uploaded to my shop and made available immediately after payment is received, they come as is and cannot be customized. You would need to purchase the corresponding custom listing.

9- CAN I PRINT ON AVERY LABEL/STICKER PAPER

A- No, my files aren’t formatted to print on any kind of pre-formatted or pre-cut label paper. If you wish to print as stickers on label paper, print on FULL-PAGE sticker/label paper and trim out the designs after printing.
