Your kids will love these adorable Wonderful Halos Easter Bunnies!

Easter is coming up. I can't believe it is less than 2 weeks away. I swear it snuck up on me this year. Today I am teaming up with Wonderful Halos to show you how to do a fun Easter craft together with your kids These Wonderful Halos Easter Bunnies are easy to make, and even better they double as a delicious and healthy treat.

With how much sugar our kids get at Easter I am all about finding some healthier treats to give my kids as well. Bonus points if I can give my kids these healthy treats in cute ways that make my kids soo happy. Since my children adore Wonderful Halos I thought this Easter craft would be a win-win.

You can make these Halos Mandarine Easter Bunnies using the tutorial below, or pin this post to your Easter DIY board on Pinterest to make later.

Materials

  • Wonderful Halos Manderines
  • 9x9 in sheets of White Felt
  • Sheet of Pink Felt
  • Googly Eyes
  • Small Pink Pompoms
  • Large Pink Pompoms
  • Rubberbands
  • Ribbon

Tools

  • Glue (I used elmers glue but Hot glue works too)
  • Scissors

Instructions

Cut a corner of the White Felt off (about ⅓ the way in)

Fold the felt over about 1″ from the side that was cut and keep folding until you get to the end.

Place the Halos mandarin in the middle of the felt and wrap the ends around it.

Secure the ends of the felt around the mandarin with a rubber band to make the ears.

Cut out pieces of pink felt to tuck inside the ears.

Tie a length of ribbon in a bow around the ears, to hide the rubber band.

Glue on the googly eyes.

Glue the small pompom for the nose.

Glue the large pompom for the tail.

I really do love how cute these Wonderful Halos Easter Bunnies turned out. So did my kids. I am planning on putting these and some fun little Chick buddies (which I will be sharing the tutorial for soon) on my kid's plates for our Easter dinner to enjoy with their cousins.
