If you’ve been around here for a while, you know that I absolutely love: Cricut crafting. What you might not know is that I also love growing my own food. So when this month’s SVG Design Squad theme was announced, I may have squealed a little.

Because this month?

It’s all about Garden & Gardening.

And I am so ready for spring.

There is something so satisfying about planting tiny seeds, watching them grow, and eventually harvesting fresh fruits and vegetables right from your own backyard. Honestly, harvest season might be my favorite part—bringing in baskets of homegrown goodness and turning them into meals for my family feels like such a full-circle moment.

With all the processing and modifications in so many store-bought foods today and even garden seeds, I’ve become a big fan of heirloom seeds. I love the idea of preserving traditional varieties and growing food the way it was meant to be grown.

That love is exactly what inspired this month’s free design.
