DIY Chocolate Frog Boxes & Wizard Cards (with Free Printables)

Sharing is caring!

Are you wanting to make your own Chocolate Frogs, Chocolate Frog Boxes & Wizard Cards?

If you have read the Harry Potter books or watched the movies then you have heard of those famous Chocolate Frogs boxed with Wizarding Trading Cards. Of all the sweets mentioned in the Harry Potter books, these are probably the most famous. You can buy them when you visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios. However, for those who want to make their own Chocolate Frog Boxes & Wizard Cards, I thought it would be fun to design some easy-to-assemble printables.

A few years ago when I threw my first Harry Potter Halloween party my sister and I looked online for free chocolate frog boxes & wizard cards. We found some to use but the cards weren’t sized to fit in the boxes and the box was hand-drawn (so the lines weren’t crisp and sharp) and the image was a bit pixelated. However, I loved the shape and basic look of the box itself.

So using that design as a sort of inspiration I designed my own chocolate frog box and wizard cards. I have to say I LOVE how my designs turned out. The matching Gold filigree designs on both the box and cards look stunning against the watercolored background.

I designed 10 Harry Potter Wizard Cards for now (maybe I will add more later.) The Wizard cards in this set are: Albus Dumbledore, Helga Hufflepuff, Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, Salazar Slytherin, Newt Scamander, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Nicolas Flamel.  You can download these printables to make now or save it to your Pinterest board for Harry Potter DIYs to make later.

What do I need to do if I want to take to a professional copier place? Do I download to a USB drive and take that to them?

Yes just download the printable as if you are going to print from your computer. Then put the file on a thumb drive and take it to your local copy center to have them print it out.
