These Lit’l Smokies & Crescent Roll Pigs in a Blanket only take minutes to make and are sooo good!

Ok, so I first had these Pigs in a Blanket while visiting friends in Seattle this last Christmas/New Years. My friend needed to make something to take to a friend’s New Year’s Eve party. When I saw how easy they were to make I knew it was a recipe I had to share with you. Especially, since they are super yummy.

All you need are those Hillshire Farms Lit’l Smoakies and Crescent Rolls. Prep work takes only minutes and then you put them in the oven to cook (until golden brown.) Then just let them cool and serve. Follow the Recipe below to make this right away or save it to a Pinterest board for yummy recipes to make later!

Lit'l Smokies & Crescent Roll Pigs in a Blanket

This pig in a blanket recipe is quick and easy and is great as a party food as well as a kids lunch.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 17 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Crescent Rolls 
  • 1 (12oz) Package Beef Lit'l Smoakies 

Instructions

Open roll of precooked crescent rolls & using a pizza cutter, cut each crescent roll (lengthwise) into 3 strips

Roll up 1 lit'l smokies sausage in each 1/3 sized strip of croissant.

Place on a lined cookie sheet & bake at 350° for 11-12 minutes.

Cool and serve.

Notes

1 roll of croissants makes 24 pigs in a blanket.

Uou usually use 3 rolls of croissants for 2 packages of Lit'l Smokies.

These delicious little pigs in a blanket are great as party food or even served as part of your kid’s lunch. They are full of flavor and very filling. They are soo good my kids beg for them every week. so now I keep a package of Lit’l Smokies and a few rools of Crescent rolls in my fridge so I can make them whenever I get the hankering to. My kids thank me for this.
