Free Printable First Day of School Signs for Homeschoolers

Sharing is caring!

Looking for some First Day of School Signs for homeschoolers to use in your back to school photos?

One of my favorite back to school traditions is taking that first day of school photos with your kids to compare later with the last day of school photos to see how much your children grow through the school year. These make for great keepsakes. This is a tradition that you can do even if you homeschool.

I have have made several free printable First day of school signs over the last few years (5 Classic Designs, Harry Potter, Star Wars) that each have Pre-school – 12-grade options.

However, I throught it would be nice to offer some specifically for homeschoolers since many families are choosing this option as we have.

For now, I have the First Day of Homeschool signs in my original 5 designs. Later on, if there is interest I’ll do it in my other fun themed designs like Harry Potter and Star Wars.

This Download comes with 5 ready to print PDF pages that you can print at home or at a copy center.

Additionally, at the request of my mother Donna Goff who runs MentoringOurOwn.com where she offers homeschool mentoring and Curriculum I have designed these Scholar Phase printable signs (since she promotes teaching your children in developmental “Scholar Phases” rather than grades) So your kids can hold the sign for whatever phase of learning they are in for their first day of school photos.

This download has 6 pages with Printable signs for the three scholar phases (Family Scholar, Aspiring Scholar, & Personal Scholar) in 2 popular designs. It is also formatted as a ready to print PDF file.

If you aren’t putting the Printable Sign in a frame for your kids to hold in their photos I recommend printing them on cardstock.
